Pokemon: Indigo League Now Broadcasting on POP!

The Sony owned TV channel POP! has once again expanded its selection of Pokemon by adding the original Pokemon series, known as Pokemon: Indigo League (or Pokemon – Season 1), to its broadcasting schedule. POP! is available on Freeview 206, Sky 616, Freesat 606 and Virgin Media 736.
At the time of writing Pokemon: Indigo League is being broadcast at 4:35am in the morning with new episodes being broadcast on a daily basis. This is in addition to the channel currently broadcasting a mixture of Pokemon: Diamond & Pearl, Pokemon: Diamond & Pearl – Battle Dimension and Pokemon X&Y with broadcasting timeslots depending on the day.
Although Pokemon: Indigo League is currently only being broadcast during the early hours of the morning, with episodes of ‘newer seasons’ being shown in the morning and late afternoon, fans who have access to the POP! Fun app on the PlayStation 4 (and other compatible devices) can watch the episodes on demand. Further scheduling information can be found on the official website.
It’s also worth noting that Pokemon: Indigo League is also available to stream on Netflix UK with a valid Netflix subcription while the entire season is available on DVD (and Blu-Ray via Manga Entertainment UK within the UK.
