RWBY, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal & Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V Available to Stream on Amazon UK

As of late Netflix UK have been the ‘focal point’ of our attention for new anime streaming additions; but after the recent Amazon Prime additions of Banana Fish and Seven Senses of the Re’Union we opted to look around to see if anything else had been added. In this case we found that four volumes of RWBY, complete season collections of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal as well as the first two seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! Manga UK License Occultic Nine & Dragon Ball Z TV Specials; Q2 2018 Schedule Announced

Following on from the license acquistion announcement for the Netflix Original Film BLAME! the UK Anime Distributor Manga Entertainment UK have now announced that they have also acquired the Blu-Ray and DVD distribution rights to Occultic Nine and the Dragon Ball Z TV Specials Collection which consists of ‘Dragon Ball Z: History of Trunks’ and ‘Dragon Ball Z: Bardock the Father of Goku’. With the MCM London Comc Con just a month away it is around this time we begin to see ‘yet-to-be-announced’ products appear online for pre-order so that they can be available for the expo weekend; but to prevent this UK Anime Distributors Animatsu Entertainment & Manga Entertainment UK have opted to announce these products beforehand which results in their ‘current’ Q3 release schedule available for pre-order and as you’d expect a few surprises have appeared. Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal Licensed by Manga Entertainment UK for Home Video Release

Following on from the news that Manga Entertainment UK would be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s within the UK later this year the UK Anime Distributor have today announced that they will also be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, which is considered the true sequel to the original Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal; a brand a new storyline set in the distant future with a whole new set of card, abilities and enemies to defeat.

All three series will be released on DVD, in their 4Kids Entertainment Dub format, as individual season sets in the near future. As it stands no ‘release plans’ have been laid out; but we do know that Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s will see it’s Season 1 Collection released on the 5th September 2016 within the UK. Read more of this post

Kix TV To Broadcast Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal from 14th April

The first season of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal may have recently ended on Cartoon Network UK, but that doesn’t stop CSC Media from ‘also’ picking up the UK broadcast rights to the series, as from the 14th April 2014 free-to-air satellite TV channel Kix TV will be showing the series on a daily basis.

Starting on the 14th April 2014, and shown on a daily basis at 5:30pm, Kix TV will be airing the latest (English Dubbed) series of Yu-Gi-Oh!, starting from the very first episode. It’s unclear how many episodes Kix TV will show, but it’s assumed that the entire first season will be shown with new episodes being shown on a daily basis. Read more of this post
