RWBY, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal & Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V Available to Stream on Amazon UK

As of late Netflix UK have been the ‘focal point’ of our attention for new anime streaming additions; but after the recent Amazon Prime additions of Banana Fish and Seven Senses of the Re’Union we opted to look around to see if anything else had been added. In this case we found that four volumes of RWBY, complete season collections of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal as well as the first two seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh! DVD Review: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s – Season 2

Manga Entertainment UK once again returns with some more nostalgia with their DVD release of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s – Season 2; but what do we think to this particular release that features ‘endless hours’ of entertainment? Well let’s take a look!

Synopsis:

With the defeat of Director Goodwin and the Dark Signers, New Domino City’s barriers have been torn down. City and Satellite are now one – united in the hope of building a brighter tomorrow. Yet in this time of renaissance and rebuilding, a new enemy emerges, and Yusei and his friends must rev it up in order to save the world – one duel at a time. DVD Review: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds – Season 1

It’s time to rev-it-up as the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise makes it’s return to the UK in the form of MangaUK’s release of Yu-Gi-Oh! – Season 1; but is this a release that will speed off into the distance for the win? or will it crash and burn? Well let’s put on our training wheels and find out!

Synopsis:

Many years in the future after the exploits of Yugi Mutou, Domino City has become a shadow of its former self: Neo Domino City. There lies a strong divide between the rich and the poor, and bridging that gap proves to be difficult. Neo Domino seems fit to entertain itself with a wild new event called “Riding Duels,” the newest form of playing the ever popular Duel Monsters card game.

Enter Yusei Fudou, a young man who lives on the edge of the law, making his own rules. His desire to reclaim what is rightly his from an old friend turns into much more than what he and many of his newfound companions called “Signers” would have ever bargained for. Read more of this post

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal Licensed by Manga Entertainment UK for Home Video Release

Following on from the news that Manga Entertainment UK would be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s within the UK later this year the UK Anime Distributor have today announced that they will also be releasing Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, which is considered the true sequel to the original Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal; a brand a new storyline set in the distant future with a whole new set of card, abilities and enemies to defeat.

All three series will be released on DVD, in their 4Kids Entertainment Dub format, as individual season sets in the near future. As it stands no ‘release plans’ have been laid out; but we do know that Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s will see it’s Season 1 Collection released on the 5th September 2016 within the UK. Read more of this post

MangaUK To Release Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s on DVD within the UK

Manga Entertainment UK continues to satisfy the 4Kids-Dubbed-Community of the UK as following on from their release of Yu-Gi-Oh!, which saw the fifth and final season of the original TV series released last Monday, they will be bringing Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s to the UK on DVD later this year.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, which is the third ‘incarnation’ of the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime franchise, takes place in the future and sees duelist challenge each-other on high-speed bikes rather than by standing still. Personally it’s not a Yu-Gi-Oh! series I have ever watched; but it’s one that I am interested in watching. Read more of this post
