BFI Announces Anime Season this April and May at BFI Southbank in London

Weathering With You To Receive Standard Edition 4K Blu-Ray Release in UK

A sponsored post on Facebook, which is designed to help promote the Summer Sale on Anime Limited’s Online Store, has revealed that Anime Limited will release a ‘standard edition’ 4K Blu-Ray release of Weathering With You in the UK in the near future.

Weathering With You 4K Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Delayed (again) Until Late December 2020

Originally due for release in early November 2020, but then pushed back to late November and then early December 2020, Anime Limited’s debut 4K Blu-Ray release of Weathering With You now has a tentative release date of 21st December 2020, that is according to an updated listing on Zavvi.

Weathering With You 4K Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Delayed Until December 2020

It seems Anime Limited’s upcoming 4K Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray release, and in turn it’s 4K Blu-Ray variation, of Weathering With You has once again been delayed by a week, as updated listings on Zavvi now list a 7th December 2020 release date.

Weathering With You 4K Blu-Ray Edition(s) Delayed Until 30th November 2020

Those looking forward to AllTheAnime’s upcoming 4K Blu-Ray release of Weathering With You will be disappointed to learn that the sets have been delayed until the 30th November 2020. This delay effects both the original 4K Edition (which includes the films Soundtrack) and the 4K Variant Edition (which does not include the soundtrack and is currently available to pre-order from AllTheAnime Shop and Zavvi).

Weathering With You Blu-Ray and DVD Bonus Features Detailed

Anime Limited have recently provided clarification on the bonus features included in the upcoming Blu-Ray and DVD release of Weathering With You, a film which launches on the 28th September 2020 as well as later in November for the 4K Edition.

Weathering With You Deluxe Edition Variant Announced for Zavvi and AllTheAnime Shop

Anime Limited have revealed plans that a ‘variant’ version of the Weathering With You Deluxe Edition, which included the film on 4K Blu-Ray in a Collector’s packaging, will also be released on the 2nd November 2020 and that pre-orders for this ‘variant’ will begin at Zavvi and on the AllTheAnime Shop from the 31st July 2020.

Weathering With You Release Details Announced; Including a Zavvi Exclusive 4K UHD Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition

Earlier in the year Anime Limited announced that Weathering With You would receive a DVD, Blu-Ray and Collector’s Edition Combo Pack on the 28th September 2020, and today the distributor have now confirmed the contents of those editions as well as unveiling a Zavvi Exclusive Deluxe Edition containing a 4K UHD Edition of the film that will be released a short time later on the 2nd November 2020.

Screen Anime UK June 2020 Titles Confirmed

During the Screen Anime panel at last months Cloud Matsuri event distributor Anime Limited confirmed that the subscription based service would receive a selection of new films on a monthly basis, with highlights for June being Makato Shinkai’s Weathering With You and Your Name.
