At this point I might just start copy-and-pasting our previous articles and change the dates, as Anime Limited have once again delayed the upcoming UK Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray release of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny with the new release date set for 12th December 2022.

Anime Limited have today confirmed that the upcoming Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray release of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, of which was due to be released on the 31st October 2022, has now been delayed until 28th November 2022.

Blood-C will soon return to the UK on Blu-Ray and Anime Limited have recently revealed that they plan to release both a Limited Edition and an Ultimate Edition on 29th August 2022 within the UK.

Earlier in the month AllTheAnime unveiled their Ultimate Edition release plans for Neon Genesis Evangelion and during the UK Bank Holiday weekend the Scotland based anime publisher revealed their Standard and Retail Exclusive Editions that will be released alongside the Ultimate Edition. In short, Evangelion fans will have choice and variety with each edition offering something a little different.

After a week of teasing, and many months of waiting, Anime Limited have unveiled what fans can expect from the Ultimate Edition of Neon Genesis Evangelion with initial pre-orders selling out within less than a day.
Unveiled on Friday 20th August 2021 through the special Evangelion website the Ultimate Edition has an early bird pre-order price of £199.99 with the standard RRP being £299.99 and a stock limitation of 1500 which has since been increased to 2500. Additional editions are also planned, but have yet to be revealed.

Anime Limited have recently taken to social media, and directly via e-mail as a customer update to those who ordered online via the AllTheAnime Store, that the upcoming Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray release of Gundam Seed HD has been delayed until 2021 due to a production issue with the discs for the High Definition version of the series. The set was originally due to be released on the 7th December 2020. Read more of this post

It’s the news long-time anime fans have been waiting for since ‘High Definition’ releases became available but Manga Entertainment UK have announced that Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex will be released on Blu-Ray as a ‘Deluxe Edition’ release later this year as a Zavvi exclusive product. It has been some time since Anime Limited announced that they would be releasing Keiko Nobumoto’s TV animation Wolf’s Rain as an Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray and today the distributor have revealed what fans can expect from this release.
