Tiger & Bunny: The Rising Delayed Until Next Month

Tiger_And_Bunny_Movie_1_Screenshot (1)

The release date alterations continue for Anime Limited; as while their Collectors Edition release of Wings of Honneamise may have been moved-up to the 27th April 2015 the release of Tiger & Bunny: The Rising has now been pushed back until the 25th May 2015.

According to the latest newswire by Anime Limited this is due to assets not being received from the licensor; additionally the ‘planned’ Tiger & Bunny double pack – which saw both movies combined into a single package – is no longer an option due to the films being produced by two different companies.

So in short; Tiger & Bunny – The Rising will now be released on the 25th May 2015 as a Collectors Edition Combo Pack and the plans to release a Tiger & Bunny Double Movie Pack have now been scapped.

Multiple Kaze Releases Delayed Until September

nura_yokai_clan_screenshot (2)

We have just been informed that multiple Kaze UK releases, most of which are expected to be released next week, have now been delayed until September 2013.

Titles affected include Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan – Season 1 Part 2, Bleach Complete Series 11 and Tiger & Bunny – Part 4, each of which were being released into the UK by Kaze via Manga Entertainment UK thus making the pile of delays even larger to Kaze’s already “impressive” delay streak.

According to the information we received the delay is due to stock not being able to reach the suppliers in time, so consequently the delays are rather minimal. Here is a rundown of the new release dates:

2nd September 2013:

Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan – Season 1 Part 2
Tiger & Bunny –  Part 4

11th September 2013:

Bleach Complete Series 11

It’s worth noting that while the discs / artwork have the Manga Entertainment UK logo on them they have no involved with the production, supplement (etc) as this is all sorted via Kaze’s end, which just recently has been rather appalling.

Quick Look: Tiger & Bunny – Part 4 (Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack)

The final instalment of Tiger & Bunny is fast approaching, and while we won’t be doing a review of it we have got a quick-look video at the Blu-ray, DVD and their Disc contents.

First off all Tiger & Bunny – Part 4, just like previous instalments, will feature a single Blu-ray disc with two DVD discs, in this case the Blu-ray disc has 6 episodes and a trailer while the DVD discs have 3 episodes per disc as well as 2 trailers per disc.  Basically its the exact same release format as previous instalments, and the same goes for the content as well with the Blu-ray offering a higher detailed picture than the DVD release.

Either way our “quick-look” video can be seen below and Tiger & Bunny – Part 4 (Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack) will be available from the 26th August 2013 within the UK.
