New UK Anime Releases: 20th February 2023

A new week means new anime releases and sadly this week only sees the release of The Deer King, as we suspect that the release of Cardcaptor Sakura – Part 1 has been delayed. It’s also worth noting that Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- may still be available at cinemas across the UK, albeit in very limited screenings.

New listings on Amazon UK and Anime-On-Line have revealed that Anime Limited plan to release standard edition releases of The Deer King and Emma: A Victorian Romance – Season 1 during February 2023.

Pompo the Cinephile marks the start of “Cine Matsuri” – A festival of Anime films for UK Cinemas

Anime Limited have announced that the UK cinematic debut of Pompo the Cinephile, which will be available in selected UK cinemas from 29th June 2022, also marks the start of Cine Matsuri; a festival of new anime films that will be showing a selected cinemas across Summer and Autumn.

The Deer King to Receive UK Cinema Release on 27th July 2022

Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, have recently announced that The Deer King, which is Masashi Ando’s directorial debut on a feature-length-film, will be available in selected cinemas across the UK from 27th July 2022.
