Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization & Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet To Be Released as Complete Editions on Nintendo Switch

As part of the Tokyo Game Show event last week the Japanese division of Bandai Namco Entertainment that previously released Sword Art Online games Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be released in the near future onto the Nintendo Switch while Sword Art Online: Lost Song will be released onto Windows PC (via Steam).

Japanese Role-Playing-Games come in all shapes and sizes and while some will explore vast civilisations in need of help the world created within Sword Art Online: Lost Song tends to focus on a different linear path that actually feels like it doesn’t offer a story at all.

What we have here is a sequel to a videogame that did not need one; and yet here we are exploring the caves, dungeons and open-world locations within Alfheim Online. This is Sword Art Online: Lost Song and its different to what you may have been expecting.

Sword Art Online: Lost Song Release Date Announced

Following on from the recent success of Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment videogame distributor Bandai Namco Entertainment have today announced that its sequel, Sword Art Online: Lost Song, will be released on the 13th November 2015 for the PS4 and PS Vita.

Earlier in the year Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that this year would see two Sword Art Online titles released onto the PS4; the first of which, Sword Art Online: Re-Hollow Fragment, is an updated version to the previously released PS Vita game while the second, Sword Art Online: Lost Song, is its direct sequel. Interestingly however no gameplay trailers were shown; but that all changed today thanks to the distributors presence at E3 2015.

Sword Art Online: Re-Hollow Fragment & Sword Art Online: Lost Song Heading to Europe

In a relatively surprising (but expected) announcement Bandai Namco Entertainment have revealed that they will be releasing Sword Art Online: Re-Hollow Fragment, and it’s sequel Sword Art Online: Lost Song, within Europe later this year.
