Anime Limited Confirms Remaining Kill La Kill Release Plans

Over the course of the weekend Andrew Partridge, the el presidente of UK Anime distributor Anime Limited, took to the Anime UK forums to unveil the remaining release plans for Kill La Kill on Blu-ray and DVD.

Basically Anime Limited are hoping to have the remaining two parts of Kill La Kill, both of which will come in Collectors Edition form with an 200-page (or so) artwork, by the end of May 2015. Read more of this post

Plot: Influenced by the Robot Ethics Committee, it’s become common sense for people to treat androids like household appliances. Rikuo, a high school student, has been taught from childhood that androids are not to be viewed as humans, and has always used them as convenient tools. One day Rikuo discovers some strange data in the behavior records of his family’s household android, Sammy. Rikuo and his friend Masaki trace Sammy’s movements, only to discover a mysterious cafe that features a house rule that “humans and robots are to be treated the same”…

Anime Limited Begins Shipping Patema Inverted To Kickstarter Backers; Collectors Edition Delayed Till Next Year

It’s been a long and tough road for Anime Limited, or All The Anime if you prefer, but the Patema Inverted Kickstarter Campaign is finally drawing to a close.

Speaking in a Kickstarter Update earlier today the company confirmed that those who pledged for the Standard and Ultimate Edition tiers will see their products being shipped next week;

It’s finally here! The time to send out the Ultimate Edition and Standard Edition copies of Patema Inverted is finally upon us. Kickstarter backer copies of the UE and SE will be going out early next week – so you should expect to receive them soon!

Anime Limited Announces Patema Inverted Kickstarter Campaign, Starts This Friday!

Anime Limited, or more commonly known as as All The Anime, have today revealed their second Kickstarter campaign, this time it is for the upside-down film Patema Inverted.

As you may already be aware Patema Inverted will be shown in Cinemas across the UK later this week, but in the meantime Anime Limited are working hard in the background in order to create a home video release of the film, and this is where the kickstarter campaign comes into effect.

Anime Limited are looking to secure £16,000 so that a Standard, Collectors Edition and Ultimate Edition of Patema Inverted could be created, with the Ultimate Edition being exclusive to the Kickstarter campaign. That’s not all as the Ultimate Edition will only be limited to 1,500 copies, thus making it the ideal collectors item. Read more of this post
