Free! The Final Stroke – Part 1 and Over the Sky Standard Edition Blu-Rays Scheduled for UK Release

Listing on the newly added section of anime-on-line have revealed that Anime Limited plan to release standard edition Blu-Rays of Free! The Final Stroke – Part 1 and Over the Sky later this year. In Addition a Standard Edition Blu-Ray release of Liz and the Blue Bird will be released during May 2023.

Plot: Makoto Niwa just moved to the city to live with his aunt Meme after his parents were reassigned to work overseas. He is perfectly fine with that, saying it will give him the chance to live the dream life of an adolescent boy. He keeps track of the things he does by assigning “points” to them – positive or negative – and adds them up on a regular basis to grade his adolescent life.

And then he discovers Meme has a secret daughter (and self-proclaimed alien) named Erio. He finds her rolling around by the front door of Meme’s house wrapped up in a futon. It is then he realizes that his dream adolescent life will not come true, and begins a life of experiences that are out of this world.

Anime Limited Makes ‘Massive’ Release Date Alterations to it’s March 2015 Line-Up

Things never seem to run smoothly for Anime Limited, especially when it comes to their release schedules, however things have never been as bad as this. If you read the recent Anime Limited newswire then you may already be aware of what i’m going to say; but the sad news is that every single one of Anime Limited’s March releases has been altered in some shape or form.

For starters Kill La Kill – Part 2, which was scheduled for a 16th March 2015 release date has now been pushed back until the 23rd March 2015 due to the final artwork not being approved; however even more bad news arrives when this ‘new date’ is also a template and could change at any time. Anime Limited Clarifies January and February 2015 Release Plans

Anime Limited, along with the newly recruited Jeremy Graves, have today taken to the official website to reveal some interesting pieces of information regarding future Anime Limited releases – and as you’d expect it’s not all good news; although some good news can be expected.

The Bad News:

The bad news is that the upcoming release of Blood Lad, which is being released as a Collectors Edition Blu-ray and Collectors Edition DVD, has been delayed by week and as a result will now be released on the 2nd February 2015. The reason for this delay is due to finalised stock not being received at the suppliers – it’s nothing serious but it does bring disappointment if you were eagerly awaiting its release. All The Anime Unveils Space Dandy Packaging Details; Standard Edition Blu-ray To Be Available at MCM Comic Con

UK Anime distributor All The Anime have today taken to their website to reveal some interesting pieces of information, including packaging details, surrounding their release of Space Dandy – Season 1.

For starters the Collectors Edition, which will be available on both Blu-ray and DVD in November, will contain the entire series and a 200-page artbook housed inside a special rigid chipboard box, as illustrated below:
