Sony owned free-to-view TV channel POP! continues to expand its selection of Pokemon content by going back to the Sinnoh region as this week Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl began broadcasting on POP! in the UK with new episodes shown every weekday at 6:30pm and 7pm. Clarifications Given for Delay of Death Note and Digimon Tri

Earlier in the week Manga Entertainment UK confirmed through social media that both Death Note and Digimon Tri would have to be delayed due to unexpected issues discovered; with the former pushed back until the 19th December 2016 and the latter moved into March next year.

Specific details as to why these two releases were not given however over the past few days the Chief Operating Officer of Animatsu Entertainment, and head-honcho at Manga Entertainment UK, Jerome Mazandarani spoke out on twitter to reveal the all important details. Read more of this post

Unboxing: Sword Art Online II – Parts 1 to 4 (Collectors Edition Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack) [UK]

Throughout the past few months Anime Limited, also known as All The Anime, have been releasing Sword Art Online II in progressive manner and with all four parts now available within the UK market I thought it would be a good idea to unbox them and highlight just exactly what you will get inside.

For those unfamiliar Sword Art Online II is the sequel to Sword Art Online, which was released by Manga Entertainment UK onto Blu-ray and DVD, and sees Kirito once again within a virtual reality game trying to uncover the mysteries surrounding players dying within the game. This UK release of Sword Art Online II, which was handled via ANime Limited, saw the series released in four seperate parts each of which were available as a Collectors Edition combo pack, which is what i will be unboxing, and standard edition DVD; furthermore each Collectors Edition release not only came packaged inside a unique chipboard box but it also saw a variety of information packed neatly inside a booklet. MVM Entertainment To Release Original Fate / Stay Night TV Series on Blu-ray

It’s the news that many Fate fans have been waiting for but MVM Entertainment have ‘secretly’ revealed, through their online store Anime-on-Line, that they will be releasing the original Fate Stay Night series on Blu-ray later this year.

That exciting news doesn’t stop there; as the template box-art for the set, which uses the same artwork used on the American ‘Complete Series’ Blu-ray release of Fate Stay Night, suggests that the 24 episodes will be spread over 3 Blu-ray Discs which suggests (or pretty much confirms) that this UK Blu-ray release will feature the improved 1080p visuals and re-made chapter points.
