Anime Limited have recently confirmed that they will release JUJUTSU KAISEN on Blu-Ray in both Collector’s Edition and Standard Edition formats in May, with both editions now available to pre-order through the AllTheAnime store.

The classic story, which is also available on Blu-Ray via MVM Entertainment, gets a remake in the form of a newly animated series and courtesy of Manga Entertainment UK the first half of the first season is available in the UK on Blu-Ray. It’s been more than twenty years since Dragon Ball Z ended its initial TV run in Japan, and more than four years since the first continuation to the story, known as Battle of Gods, was released in Japanese cinemas; but now the true continuation to Dragon Ball Z, kown as Dragon Ball Super, is finally making its way to the UK in part instalments.

Plot: Junichiro Kagami is on his sisters last nerve. Despite his genius and scientific accomplishments, hes spent most of his adult life cooped up inside, surrounded by anime and manga, working on trivial things like a blog.
But now, its time for him to get a real job! His reason for being such a bum? He suffers from YD: a debilitating illness that means he can only do things he yearns to do. Tired of this lame excuse, his sister gets him a job doing something hed never expectteaching!
Teaching is the last thing Kagami yearns to do, at least until he comes across the various problems his students face outside of the classroom. Plot: The King’s close advisor implemented a large-scale witch-hunt. The tragic victims of this hunt were not witches, however, but Makai Knights and Makai Priests. One Makai Priestess gave birth to a child while being burned at the stake. That child carried the bloodlines of the Golden Knight. Although he was saved by his father, a Makai Knight himself, the newborn, León Luís, suffered greatly from the unjust death of his mother. And so he vowed to learn the ways of a Makai Knight from his father, Germán Luís, and use his training to seek revenge. During his battles against the demons known as ”Horrors,” León must gradually approach reality and accept the truth.
Meanwhile, the powerful former adviser to the King, Mendoza, banished Prince Alfonso and his mother while the king was bedridden. Eager to reclaim his kingdom and save his people, Alfonso embarks on a quest to find the legendary Knight – but destiny holds a twist of fate in store for him.
Together, León and Alfonso begin long and difficult journey filled with many hardships.

The first season of The Heroic Legend of Arslan has been available to stream online for quite some time, with Viewster and FUNimation Now both offering the series on their streaming platforms, but now that it has hit UK Shores in a Collectors Edition DVD and Blu-ray release what exactly can we expect from it? Well read on to find out!
Synopsis:

If you were expecting to receive, or purchase in-store, Kaze’s release of Nisekoi – Season 1 Part 1 today then you may be interested to know that while the set is ‘available for purchase’ stock is currently limited within the UK.
Its a rather ‘unique’ situation for Manga Entertainment UK; but as explained on Twitter a delay in the delivery of stock means that retailers, such as Baze, Zavvi and HMV, are unable to send out copies for those who pre-ordered the title. It also means that you won’t find the title in-store at your local entertainment retailer either; that is until stock arrives later this week: Read more of this post

After a few days of speculation the news of ‘further delays’ to two upcoming anime releases has been confirmed; with both KAZE’s Nisekoi: False Love – Season 1 Part 1 and Anime Limited’s Tiger & Bunny: The Rising being pushed back by well-over a month.
Neither company has yet to ‘express’ why these delays have happened, and in regards to Kaze’s release we will probably never know, but its yet again another disappointing time to be an anime fan.
