Brynhildr In The Darkness, Naruto Shippuden – Set 23 & RWBY – Volume 2 Delayed


UK Anime distributor Manga Entertainment UK have today taken to Twitter to reveal that a selection of upcoming anime releases have had to be delayed due to unforseen production issues. In short Naruto Shippuden – Set 23 & RWBY – Volume 2 have been moved in to February while Brynhildr In The Darkness has been pushed back all the way until April. Read more of this post

It may seem like an obscure title to bring out into the UK but Animatsu’s Blu-ray release of RWBY – Volume 1 hits all of the right spots; find out why in our latest review.


In the fantastical world of Remnant, mankind is plagued by supernatural beings known as the Creatures of Grimm. All that stands between humanity and evil domination are defenders known as ‘Hunters’ or ‘Huntresses’, who use magical powers to protect the people of Remnant.

Among these defenders are four young girls – Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang – who band as the awesome team RWBY (pronounced ‘ruby’). Manga UK and Animatsu Entertainment Confirm Potential Q3 Release Schedule; Samurai Bride To Be Released on Blu-ray


Following on from the announcement that Manga UK had licensed Dragon Ball Z Kai for UK release later this year, and that a distribution deal-with Animatsu Entertainment have been obtained for Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions; both companies have now unveiled their ‘potential’ third quarter release plans – and it includes a few surprises. Animatsu Entertainment to Release RWBY on Blu-ray and DVD within the UK


Over the course of the weekend Animatsu’s brand new, and relatively stylish-looking, website became active and along with it came two interesting surprises; neither of which were anime-related.

The first of which was Red vs Blue – Season 11, a comical video-series inspired by the Halo Multiplayer Red vs Blue teams – as posted on ZOMGPlay; the second ‘surprise’ unveiling on the other hand was the animated show known as RWBY. Read more of this post
