KOEI TECMO Europe have today announced that GUST’s second instalment into the Atelier Ryza franchise, known as Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, will launch on the 29th January 2021 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. Those who purchase the game for PlayStation 4 will also be able to upgrade (for free) to the PlayStation 5 version. Read more of this post

Marvelous Europe, and in turn North American publisher XSEED Games, have announced the Limited Edition details for Granblue Fantasy: Versus, which is of course the upcoming fighting game developed by Arc System Works and Cygames, that will be released alongside the standard physical and digital releases of the game. Earlier in the year Bandai Namco Entertainment that fan-favouite Tales of Vesperia would be given the high-definition treatment for current-generation consoles in the form of Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition; and now the publisher have announced a Premium Collector’s Edition which is exclusive to the Bandai Namco Store. In a relatively bizarre announcement Anime Limited have revealed that they will be releasing a Premium Edition of Eden of the East on Blu-ray later this year. The ‘bizarre’ situation about this announcement isn’t the fact that the series has already been released on Blu-ray by Manga Entertainment UK; but its the fact that this Premium Edition, for the time being at least, will only contain the TV Series and not the movies which finished off the story. Plot: Long ago, humans lived in the sea. However, some humans defied the Sea God and moved to the land, creating the division that now exists between Shioshishio, the Sea Village, and Oshiooshi, the village of the land.
Now, four middle school students from the Sea Village, Manaka Mukaido, Hikari Sakishima, Chisaki Hiradaira, and Kaname Isaki must attend Mihama Middle School on the surface.
While getting used to their new lives, these four and their new friend from the surface, Tsumugu Kihara, learn how true bonds of love and friendship can overcome any separation.

It’s not often we cover NIS America Blu-ray releases, mainly because they are expensive and are not compatible with Region B Blu-ray Players; however when the studio announced that they would be releasing of ‘Complete Series’ set of Cardcaptor Sakura i could not help but get excited and pre-order it. I’m not usually a fan of these types of series, but Cardcaptor Sakura has always been a personal favourite of mine; eitherway the Blu-ray set has arrived and it’s now time to unbox it “Hoorah!”
Where to begin; well the Premium Edition of Cardcaptor Sakura contains the entire series (70 episodes) over 9 Blu-ray discs; each of which have been remastered in 1080p and left in their original 4:3 aspect ratio; but wait thats not all. This American release feature both the original Japanese Audio (with English subtitles) along with the rare Singapore/Asian Animax English Dub – a Dub which has ‘never’ been released outside of asian countires and as such makes this set ‘extra’ special. The discs also house a clean opening and closing animations as well as a wide selection of trailers for other NIS America releases. Read more of this post

Plot: Ten-year-old Sakura lives a pretty normal life with her older brother, Toya, and widowed father, Fujitaka. In the monumental task of collecting all the cards, Sakura must rely on her friends and family, and decide what she finds most important in life.
After a harrowing journey to collect the cards and prove her worth as their master, Sakura finds herself in a whole new world of trouble as mysterious events begin to threaten the small town of Tomoeda. To make matters worse, Yukito seems to be having some unexplained troubles of his own.
