While MVM Entertainment did attend the MCM London Comic Con this october with a booth they, once again, opted to announce their new acquistions through social media and considering the number of titles they announced it was probably a good idea.

Viewster’s OMAKASE Panel at MCM London Comic Con

As part of Viewster’s on-going partnership with UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited the two companies decided to form together and host their own panel at the MCM London Comic Con; but unlike the previous panel back in May 2015 Viewster were here to promote their new subscription based service OMAKASE.

The second anime announcement panel of the MCM London Comic Con weekend was non-other than the Animatsu and MangaUK Panel which, once again, sees Chief Operating Officer Jerome Mazandarani and Marketing Manager Andew Hewson take to the stage to reveal a long list of announcements.

Anime Limited’s first panel of the October 2015 MCM London Comic Con took place on the Friday afternoon and despite a rocky start, and a few technical errors along-the-way, the presentation was a steady if not solid one with many long-awaited-titles being announced.

Shigeto Koyama to be the Anime Guest of Honour at MCM London October 2015

The folks over at MCM Comic Con have announced that Shigeto Koyama, the art director for Kill La Kill, will be trhe Anime Guest of Honour at this October’s MCM London Comic Con.

While Shigeto Koyama is best known in the anime world as the art director for TRIGGER’S Kill la Kill he was also the designer of Disney’s main protagonist Big Hero 6.  Shigeto Koyama has also worked on other animated shows such as the Evangelion movies, Gurren Lagann, Space Dandy and Eureka Seven.
