Anime Limited have recently announced that the feature length Neon Genesis Evangelion films, known as Evangelion: Death (True) and The End of Evangelion, will receive a limited cinematic release on 11th and 14th November 2021 in the UK.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Standard and Retail Exclusive Editions Revealed

Earlier in the month AllTheAnime unveiled their Ultimate Edition release plans for Neon Genesis Evangelion and during the UK Bank Holiday weekend the Scotland based anime publisher revealed their Standard and Retail Exclusive Editions that will be released alongside the Ultimate Edition. In short, Evangelion fans will have choice and variety with each edition offering something a little different.

Anime Limited Unveils Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ultimate Edition

After a week of teasing, and many months of waiting, Anime Limited have unveiled what fans can expect from the Ultimate Edition of Neon Genesis Evangelion with initial pre-orders selling out within less than a day.

Unveiled on Friday 20th August 2021 through the special Evangelion website the Ultimate Edition has an early bird pre-order price of £199.99 with the standard RRP being £299.99 and a stock limitation of 1500 which has since been increased to 2500. Additional editions are also planned, but have yet to be revealed.

Evangelion: 3.0+1.01: Thrice Upon A Time to Stream Globally on Amazon Prime Alongside Previous Rebuild of Evangelion Films

Amazon have, rather amazingly, announced that they have secured the global streaming rights to Evangelion: 3.0+1.01: Thrice Upon A Time, as well as the previous three films in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, with all four films being streamed globally, except Japan, from 13th August 2021.

Evangelion TV Series and Movies Now Available to Stream on Netflix

In case you haven’t heard the news, or haven’t visited social media throughout the day, the long awaited revival of the original Neon Genesis Evangelion TV series, and in turn it’s two feature-length-films Death and Re;Birth and The End of Evangelion, have now been made available to Stream on Netflix with a brand new English Dub voice cast and presented in High Definition; which is a first for the franchise outside of Japan and the first HD stream legally worldwide.
