MVM Entertainment’s Q2 Release Schedule Unveils Surprise Announcements

MVM Entertainment have recently announced their Q2 release schedule on the online store Anime-On-Line, but at the same time revealed some surprising new additions to the line-up.

Earlier in the month we published MVM Entertainment’s Q1 2018 release schedule, with dates listed from MVM Entertainment’s online store Anime-On-Line, well during the past few days MVM Entertainment have issued a revised Q1 2018 release schedule with some titles, such as Skip Beat and Monster Musume, being delayed.

With 2017 slowly coming to a close we finally begin to see what we can expect from 2018 and UK Anime Distributor MVM Entertainment have published their first quarter release scedule for 2018 onto the onlin store Anime-On-Line.

Last week MVM Entertainment ‘surprisingly’ announced that they would be releasing Log Horizon Season 1 & Season 2 as a Collector’s Edition set on Blu-ray; with both seasons being packed into a single chipboard art box alongside a selection of art cards.

We once again return to the digital world of Elder Tales to explore the new adventures that lie in await for the Log Horizon guild; but is it an adventure worth watching or one that should be forgotten? Well let’s take a look in our DVD Review of Log Horizon – Season 2 Part 1.

Synopsis:

It’s been six months since the event that trapped thousands of players in the online game world of Elder Tales and the situation is far from secure. The People of the Land are engaged in open warfare against the Goblin armies of Zantleaf. Minami spies are infiltrating the populace. And even with the support and guidance of the Round Table Alliance, the cost of sustaining the city of Akihabara is causing the entire infrastructure to teeter on the brink of collapse.

With winter coming, Shiroe and his companions are forced to consider their options. Should they stay in Akihabara and attempt to weather the oncoming storm? Or should they gamble on missions to other portions of the world in search of new sources of valuable treasure? The launch of another series of raids will test old alliances while new ones are forged, as the adventure continues in the second season of LOG HORIZON!

MVM Entertainment Announcement Round-Up from MCM London Comic Con May 2016

Once again MVM Entertainment opted to skip the panel and just announce their licenses through social media and as a result it saw the UK Anime Distributor announce a slew of new, and older titles, being released into the UK on both DVD and Blu-ray.

As always details are still yet to be confirmed, such as format and release window, but the following titles will be making their way to the UK in the near future.
