After what seems like an eternity PQube have today announced that Gal*Gun: Double Peace will be released on the 15th July 2016 within the UK and Europe for the PS4 and PS Vita.

The game, which will be released at retailer and as a digital download through the Playstation Network Store, will see players take control of Houdai as he attempts to survive the onslaught of girls trying to gain his affection. The reason behind this madness? Well partly fan-service themed fun but partly because Cupid accidentially fired ‘love arrows’ to make him completely irresistable to the opposite gender. European Publisher PQube have today announced that they will be releasing the anime themed on-rails shooter Gal*Gun: Double Peace within the UK and Europe for the PS4 and PS Vita. PQube will also be handling the American release of the game as well.

Gal*Gun: Double Peace is the next-gen (and portable) sequel to the previously released Japanese-exclusive PS3 game Gal*Gun; an on-rails-shooter that saw hordes of girls trying to bombard you with love letters and kisses. Basically its House of the Dead; but with anime girls – so instead of shooting zombies with bullets you shoot girls with love bullets (or something crazy like that). We previously played the PS3 version, using the PS Move, and enjoyed it quite a bit so its nice to see Inti Creates and PQube bring its sequel to the west. Read more of this post
