Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition Announced for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

As part of the PlayStation 5 showcase on 16th September 2020 Capcom announced plans to re-release Devil May Cry 5 onto the PlayStation 5, with the developer-come-publisher also announcing plans to release the game onto Xbox Series consoles, later this year.

Capcom have anounced that Devil May Cry 5, the official sequel to the 2008 Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC game Devil may Cry 4, will be released on the 8th March 2019 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.

Announced as part of the Xbox E3 2018 Media Briefing Capcom have revealed that Devil May Cry 5, the true sequel to 2008’s original Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 release of Devil May Cry 4, will be released onto the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC during Spring 2019.
