Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex TV Series Collection Announced for Blu-Ray and DVD Release This August

Following on from Manga Entertainment UK’s Zavvi Exclusive Deluxe Edition of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, of which we reviewed in great detail, the UK anime distributor have now announced that a standard TV series collection consisting of both Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 1st Gig and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig will be released on Blu-Ray and DVD this August.

In some rather ‘bad news, good news’ situation Manga Entertainment UK have provided an update through social media regarding two upcoming Blu-Ray releases; namely Soul Eater – The Complete Series and Digimon Adventure Tri – Part 3.

MVM Entertainment Delays Girls Und Panzer, Monster Musume, Norn9 and GATE

In some rather unexpected news MVM Entertainment have announced through social media that a selection of their upcoming releases have been delayed. Unfortunately the original post on Twitter did not mention which titles were affected; but after digging around the MVM Entertainment owned store, known as Anime-On-Line, we’ve discovered that the titles affected by this delay include DVD releases of Girls Und Panzer Der Film & Norn9 as well as the collector’s edition Blu-ray & DVD Combo Pack release of Monster Musume in addition to titles scheduled for November release such as GATE, Tenchi Muyo and Girls Und Panzer: The Real Anzio Battle.

Anime Limited’s Q4 2017 Release Schedule Spotted on Amazon UK

Following on from the reveal of Animatsu, MangaUK and MVM UK’s Q4 2017 line-up last month, each of which were revealed through product listings on Amazon UK and Anime-On-Line, it now seems that Anime Limited and FUNimation UK’s Q4 2017 release line-up has been ‘revealed’ earlier than intended; once again through online retailer Amazon UK.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Complete Series Blu-ray & Samurai Warriors DVD Collection Spotted Online

Updated product listings on Anime-On-Line, as pointed out by Shiroi Hane on Twitter, reveal that Manga Entertainment UK are planning to release a ‘Complete Series Blu-ray collection‘ of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, as well as a ‘Season 1 DVD Collection‘ of Samurai Warriors, during July of this year.
