Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion I: Initiation Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Scheduled for November Release

Earlier in the year Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, announced that they had acquired the UK distribution rights to the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion re-cap movies; shortly after which the first film, known as Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion I: Initiation, was given a limited cinematic run within the UK. Well this week Anime Limited have confirmed that film will be released as a Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray release this November.

Anime Limited Confirm License Acquisition for Code Geass Movie Trilogy

Earlier in the week we reported that listings had appeared on the Showcase Cinema website revealing that Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion I: Initiation, the first film in a selection of recap movies, would receive a UK Cinematic release and, at the time of reporting, mentioned that Anime Limited had acquired the distribution rights to the first film. Well today the distributor have ‘officially confirmed‘ that they have the UK distribution rights to the entire Code Geass movie series.
