BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle 2.0 Characters Confirmed and Special Edition Announced

The “Crossing Fate” continues as Arc System Works have unveiled the remaining list of characters players can expect from the Version 2.0 Content Pack for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.

Arc System Works have announced that the cross-over fighting game BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, a sprite styled fighting game which puts characters from Arcana Heart, Persona 4, RWBY, Under Night In-Birth and BlazBlue against each other, will soon be receiving a huge overhaul long with a selection of new characters.

Arc System Works, in conjunction with PQube Games, have recently announced that BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, which is the cross-over collaboration fighting game featuring characters from RWBY, Persona, BlazBlue and Under Night In-Birth, will expand on the 21st May 2019 with four new characters.

Heart Aino from Arcana Heart To Join BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle Alongside New DLC Characters

Arc System Works have recently announced that the next ‘franchise’ entry into the battle of crossing fate will be EXAMU’s sprite based fighter Arcana Heart with Heart Aino being the spotlight character being introduced into BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle as part of new downloadable content planned for release later this Spring.

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle European Release Date Officially Confirmed

Last week we reported that the latest issue of NEO Magazine had an advert revealing the European release date of Arc System Works arcade fighter BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, and now today European Publisher PQube Games have officially confirmed that BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle will be released on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on the 22nd June 2018 within Europe.

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle Trial Version Now Available within Japan & North America on PS4 & Switch; European Release Date Confirmed

Earlier in the week we reported that PQube Games had plans to release a playable demo of BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle as well as a Closed Beta event for the PlayStation 4 on the 18th May 2018; well in Japan and North America Arc System Works have gone one step further by releasing a trial version of the game that has both offline and online mutliplayer support for both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
