Special UK Screening of Suzume with Makato Shinkai Q&A to take place at BFI Southbank in March

Crunchyroll, in colaboration with Sony Pictures UK and the BFI Southbank in London, have today announced that a special screening of the feature-length-film Suzume will take place on 1st March 2023 with the films director, Makato Shinkai, in attendence.

BFI Southbank London to Screen Weathering With You in December and Includes Q&A Session with Makoto Shinkai

A listing on the BFI website has revealed that Makoto Shinkai’s latest cinematic film, Weathering With You, will be screened next month, on 10th December 2019, at the BFI Southbank London ahead of its wider-cinematic release next year; and more importantly this special screening will also include a Q&A session with the director himself; Makoto Shinkai.

Mamoru Hosoda’s Mirai to Receive UK Premiere at BFI London Film Festival’s Family Gala This October

Anime Limited have announced that Mamoru Hosoda’s latest feature-length-film, known simply as MIRAI, will receive its UK Premiere at BFI London Film Festival’s Family Gala on the 13th October 2018 with the film to receive it’s full (but limited) UK cinematic showing during November.
