Seven Seas Entertainment Announce New Licenses for the Western Market

Seven Seas Entertainment, a western publisher-come-distributor for English localised manga releases, have announced that they will be releasing Absolute Duo and Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea within America. Although a ‘UK Release’ has not yet been confirmed it’s expected that a UK release will follow shortly after their american release. Read more of this post

FUNimation UK Q1 2017 Release Schedule Revealed

FUNimation UK continues to ‘steadily’ move along in it’s attempt at releasing anime titles within the UK and while the past few weeks have seen numerous titles released from the American-based-distributor, such as HighSchool DxD BoRN and Gonna Be The Twin-Tail, we have yet to receive a steady stream of releases… that is until online retailer Anime-On-Line revealed a list of future titles coming from the distributor. Another Batch of FUNimation Titles Spotted for Pre-Order

Over the past few weeks we have seen a selection of pre-order listings appear for FUNimation titles on Amazon UK and a spoke-person for FUNimation apparently confirmed to UK Anime News Network that did indeed have plans to release anime titles within the UK, through a UK Distributor (which we of course suspect is Anime Limited); but recently another selection of FUNimation titles have appeared for pre-order through the Anime-On-Line store.
