YenPress Announcements from MCM London Comic Con May 2023

YenPress partnered up with Kodansha Manga to have both a booth and panel at MCM London Comic Con this year, and delighted fans by making some new announcements as well as have some interesting offers on their booth. Sadly we couldn’t make the panel, due to timing conflicts, but thankfully YenPress revealed on social media some new titles they have in the pipeline.

Anime Limited Announcements from MCM London Comic Con May 2023

Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, were out in force at this weekends London MCM London Comic Con as not only did the distributor host a rather amusing Quiz on Friday afternoon, but they presented a more traditional industry panel on Saturday filled up with product updates and announcements. Naturally we attended the event, and shared the news on Twitter, but for those who missed out then here is a rundown of everything that was announced.

With the MCM London Comic Con taking place this weekend, between 26th and 28th May 2023 at the ExCeL Centre in London, it seems like now would be the perfect time to highlight some of the anime related activities and guests that will be taking place throughout the weekend.

JoJo World Pop-Up Experience to be at MCM London Comic Con this Month

Fans of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and attendees of the MCM London Comic Con this month, which takes place between 26th and 28th May 2023, will be interested to know that a special Pop-Up Experience from JoJo World will be taking place throughout the weekend.

MCM London Comic Con this month to Host Pokémon: The First Movie Panels and Special Pokémon GO Activities

During the past few weeks the organizers of the MCM London Comic Con May 2023 event, which take place this month between 26th and 28th May 2023, have been drip feeding fans with information about activities taking place at the event on social media. Today, one such reveal was the confirmation of a 25th Anniversary Panel for Pokémon: The First Movie, which sees the original 4K!DS Voice Actors presenting a panel, has now been extended to include a screening of the film before the panel. Additionally special Pokémon GO activities will be taking place throughout the weekend.

The social media accounts for MCM London Comic Con have recently revealed that Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, will be hosting two panels during the weekend long event with each offering something different for anime fans attending the convention.

Megan Shipman and Natalie Van Sistine to attend MCM London Comic Con this October

The organizers of MCM London Comic Con have announced that the English voice actors Megan Shipman and Natalie Van Sistine will be attending MCM London Comic this October with autograph sessions and photo opportunities being available throughout the weekend.

Cristina Vee, Max Mittelman, Ray Chase, Robbie Daymond and Todd Haberkorn to be Guests at MCM London Comic Con October 2022

With just a few weeks to go until the October 2022 MCM London Comic, which is set for 28th – 30th October 2022, the organizers have started to reveal the names of guests that will be attending the event and fans of English dubbed anime will be excited to learn that Cristina Vee, Max Mittelman, Ray Chase, Robbie Daymond and Todd Haberkorn will be attending with Troy Baker also planned to be at the event.

MCM Comic Con Events in June, July, August and September Cancelled

The organisers of the MCM Comic Con brand, which see events take place in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Scotland, have today announced that all potentially planned events running until October 2020 have been cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 situation that is affecting the UK and across the globe.
