The Japanese developed escape-the-room adventure game Last Labyrinth -Lucidity Lost-, which has previously been released for a variety of different platforms during the past three years, is now available to download digitally for the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop.
Developed and published by AMATA, and priced at £26.99 / €34,99, players guide Katia through various rooms as she looks to escape the mansion. Each room within the mansion is a dangerous puzzle, where the wrong solution could result in death and a GAME OVER screen. Development of Last Labyrinth was lead by Hiromichi Takahashi and saw him work alongside a variety of veterans including Co-Director Tetsuya Watanabe, Lead Animator Atsuko Fukuyama, Lead Environment Artist Michiko Kusaba, and Sound Designer Takuya Hanaoka with Music produced by Hiroki Kikuta.
Originally Last Labyrinth was developed for use with VR headsets, such as PlayStation VR and Meta Quest, but with the -Lucidity Lost- patch the game now supports Non-VR modes on relevant platforms and has since then has seen the game released onto Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
