Loop8: Summer of Gods Gameplay Trailer Released

Marvelous Europe, along with XSEED Games, have released a new localised gameplay trailer for the upcoming narrative-driven, time-travelling RPG Loop8: Summer of Gods, which is set to release onto Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC in Spring 2023.

This first localised trailer gives potential players a glimpse at the cast of characters and their interactions with the protagonist in Ashihara, including a closer look at some of the turn-based combat in the game.

Loop8: Summer of Gods is a narrative-driven, time-travelling RPG using an emotion-based AI system, where the player’s decisions and interactions with other characters impact their emotions and how their stories unfold. These interactions can also impact how allies perform during combat, creating a unique experience for players as their decisions can change the outcome of battle. With the power to travel back in time, players can rectify mistakes or chart a new path forward to explore the myriad possibilities of an August that never ends.

Loop8: Summer of Gods is expected to be released in Spring 2023 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC with further release details to be confirmed at a later date.
