CHAOS;HEAD NOAH Launched on Steam and CHAOS;HEAD NOAH and CHAOS;CHILD Become Available to Purchase on GOG

A slightly delayed piece of news, but those who wish to purchase CHAOS;HEAD NOAH for Windows PC on Steam can officially do so, as the game was successfully approved for sale on the platform by Steam. That aside further good news comes in the form that both CHAOS;HEAD NOAH and CHAOS;CHILD are available to purchase directly from GOG.

For those unfamiliar CHOAS;HEAD NOAH was originally going to be released on both Nintendo Switch and Windows PC via Spike Chunsoft on 7th October 2022. However shortly before release the Windows PC (Steam) version of the game had to be cancelled due to Steam not allowing the game on the platform. After a short backlash from the community, and a successful re-submission by the publisher, CHAOS;HEAD NOAH was eventually allowed for sale on the Steam platform and was made available to purchase shortly after its Nintendo Switch release in Europe and North America.

At the same time this was happening Spike Chunsoft looked at alternative ways to sell the Windows PC version of the game, and fortunately GOG were all but happy to make this a reality and as of 31st October 2022 both CHAOS;HEAD NOAH and CHAOS;CHILD are now available to purchase on GOG. Both titles are also available to purchase on Steam as well.

Takumi Nishijo is a second-year high school student on the verge of becoming a shut-in. “I have no interest in 3D.” He lives surrounded by his beautiful girl figures in his room. He lives in Shibuya, where there has been a series of bizarre serial murders known as “New Generation Madness” (aka NewGen). The culprit has yet to be caught and has been causing unrest on the internet and television. One day, a gruesome image that seemed to predict the next NewGen killing was sent by a mysterious figure called “Shogun.” The next day, on his way home from school, Takumi encounters a horrific crime scene, exactly as predicted. Before the corpse is a blood-soaked girl – Rimi Sakihata.

October 2015, 6 years after the disaster known as the “Shibuya Earthquake.” A series of strange incidents occur in the recovering Shibuya. A person who dies a mysterious death during a live internet broadcast. A person who dies while singing during a street performance. A body hanging and spinning from the ceiling of a love hotel. So there we have it; both CHAOS;HEAD NOAH and CHAOS;CHILD are available digitally on for Windows PC via Steam and GOG. The Nintendo Switch version meanwhile is available as a double pack physically and digitally.
