Hatsune Miku VR for PlayStation 4 Physical Edition Pre-Orders Start This Week at Limited Run Games

Fans of Hatsune Miku, and collectors of physical PlayStation 4 games, will be interested to learn that Limited Run Games will offer a physical limited print run of Hatsune Miku VR; a rhythm based game that is played in virtual reality using the PlayStation VR headset.

Limited to 1500 units, with pre-orders starting on 27th May 2022 at 10am & 6pm ET (3pm BST and 11pm BST) on the Limited Run Games store this is a unique chance to for fans to own a piece of unique gaming content. Hatsune Miku VR was previously released digitally onto the PlayStation 4 in 2019 with 9 playable songs and saw players wave move controllers into oncoming music notes to the rhythm of the beat. Several DLC packs were also released onto the PlayStation Store and the game was also released onto the Occulus/Meta Quest VR headset and Windows PC via Steam.

Simply put on your headset, choose a song then catch the musical notes pumping out of the speakers with your glow sticks.

Long riff symbols and other challenges will make it harder to reach fever mode and the perfect score!

– Singularity
– Amagoi Miseinen
– Sharing The World
– Ghost Rule
– SenbonZakura
– Hibikase

It’s not known if the physical release by Limited Run Games will include these additional DLC packs, but judging from the current temp box art and store description it seems this physical release will just be for the base game only.

Regardless; Hatsune Miku VR will receive a physical release via Limited Run Games with pre-orders starting on 27th May 2022 at 10am & 6pm ET (3pm BST and 11pm BST).
