Koei Tecmo Confirms Touken Ranbu Warriors Digital Deluxe Edition Contents and Pre-Order Availability

The debut musou (warriors) game in the Touken Ranbu franchise will soon be making its western release and publisher KOEI TECMO Europe have today confirmed Digital Deluxe Edition plans and pre-order availability.

Scheduled for release on 24th May 2022, Touken Ranbu Warriors will be available in both physical and digital forms, with the digital release being treated to standard and digital deluxe editions. The newly confirmed Digital Deluxe Edition will  include the “Honmaru Backdrop”, which enables gamers to change the season of the honmaru; the “Additional Music” DLC, which includes 5 additional music pieces from Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- specially arranged for this title; and the “Uchiban Outfit” 16 piece set, which allows gamers to change the outfits of the Touken Danshi. 

Relevant pricing for these digital editions have not been mentioned, although the editions are now available to pre-order on the Nintendo eShop. KOEI TECMO Europe have also confirmed that items included in the digital deluxe edition will also be made available to purchase from the Nintendo eShop at launch.
