Ys IX: Monstrum Nox Local Co-op Function Added to Steam

In a rather interesting, and rather exciting, addition to Steam version of Ys IX: Monstrum Nox publishers NIS America and developers Nihon Falcom have added Local Co-Op functionality to the game.

Available from today, and compatible with Remote Play Together on Steam, owners of Ys IX: Monstrum Nox will be able to play the game with a friend through Local co-op functionality. This functionality allows two people on the same machine, or through remote play, to team-up and do battle through the games extensive campaign.

In addition to the local co-op functionality a variety of other additions and bug fixes have also been made, of which can be found in the patch notes. Ys IX: Monstrum Nox is available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC (via Steam), but the Steam edition is the only game to include local co-op support.
