NIS America to Release Trails into Reverie, Trails from Zero, Trails to Azure & The Legend of Nayuta in the West

NIS America, in partnership with Nihon Falcom, have announced that they will releasing English localised versions of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero, The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure, The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails and The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie onto the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC across Europe and North America.

The announcement means that the Crossbell related story will finally be officially released in English alongside the spin-off (of sorts) to the Trails of Cold Steel storyline, The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. A breakdown of each game, and announcement trailer, can be found below.

In The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero, Lloyd Bannings returns to his hometown to follow his late brother’s footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department. But he and his new teammates slowly discover that their vibrant city hides a dark criminal underbelly…as well as a few terrible secrets.

The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails – 2023

Discover adventures beyond the horizon in The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails! After a fateful encounter with a fairy named Noi, Nayuta and his friends find themselves whisked away on an adventure through multiple worlds in order to stop an evil plot that has been set in motion.

It was also confirmed that the English localisation would be produced in collaboration with the Community English Fan translation group, GeoFront, a team who have been working on translation patches for the previous versions of Trails to Azure and Trails from Zero. NIS America haven’t provided any specific release windows, but they have provided general release windows with The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero being launched first in FALL 2022 with the rest expected to be released in 2023. It’s a long wait, but exciting news for fans of The Legend of Heroes.
