YenPress Announces New Manga and Light Novel Licenses Including Reign of the Seven Spellblades

American based book publisher YenPress have recently taken to social media to unveil a selection of new title licenses planned for 2021 with highlights including the manga variations of Reign of the Seven Spellblades and Is It Wrong to try to Pick-Up Girls in a Dungeon II as well as Light Novels such as Orc Eroica.

A full list of new title licenses can be found below, with most expected to receive the first volumes during October 2021 with further release date details to be shared online when available:


  • New York, New York
  • Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon II
  • Reign of the Seven Spellblades
  • So I’m a Spider, So What? The Daily Lives of the Kumoko Sisters
  • The Detective is Already Dead

Light Novel:

  • I Kept Pressing the 100-Million Button and Came Out on Top
  • Orc Eroica
  • The Hero Laughs While Walking the Path of Vengeance a Second Time
  • The Otherworlder, Exploring the Dungeon


  • Never Open It: The Taboo Trilogy
  • The Abandoned Empress

The publisher also revealed plans that they will be localising and distributing Konosuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! TRPG, a novel-styled-game based upon the world of Konosuba.
