Laid-Back Camp VR Games to Release On Multi-Platforms with English Text Later This Year

Gemdrops have revealed that Virtual Reality experiences for Laid-Back Camp (Yurucamp) will be released onto multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Steam, later this year with each game offering English and French text localisation.

It’s not known whether these games will be released officially on the respective digital storefronts in Europe and North America, but the games releases are planned to have Japanese audio, with text support for English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, and French. Each game will offer a Virtual Reality experience that is tailored to a location and will see you view the scenery, cook food and interact with familiar characters.

The first game release, known as Yurucamp Virtual Camp Motosuko-hen (Motosu Lake Version) will be released sometime in March whereas Yurucamp Virtual Camp Fumoto Camp Jō-hen (Fumoto Camp Site Version) will debut in April. Both titles will be digital only on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Steam (along with iOS and Android devices) with both games being compatible with respective VR headsets such as PlayStation VR and Toy-Con VR.
