Code Geass – Lelouch of the Re;Surrection, Sword Art Online Alicization – Part 2 and Turn A Gundam – Part 1 Blu-Ray Releases Delayed

The trend of Anime Limited related titles being delayed shortly before release continues as updated retail listings on Anime-on-line an Amazon UK have revealed that Anime Limited’s upcoming Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray releases of Code Geass – Lelouch of the Re;Surrection, Sword Art Online Alicization – Part 2, and Turn A Gundam – Part 1 have been delayed.

Code Geass – Lelouch of the Re;Surrection, Sword Art Online Alicization – Part 2 and Turn A Gundam – Part 1 were all originally scheduled for release on the 7th December 2020, but according to updated retailer listings Turn A Gundam – Part 1 will now be released a week later on the 14th December 2020, Sword Art Online Alicization – Part 2 will receive a 2 week delay and be released on the 21st December 2021 whereas Code Geass – Lelouch of the Re;Surrection has been delayed even longer until 25th January 2021. Turn A Gundam – Part 2 meanwhile is scheduled for a TBC 2021 release.

A reason for these release date changes have not yet been provided, and the updated release dates have not yet been updated on the AllTheAnime Shop. It’s expected that Anime Limited (All The Anime) will notify store customers of these products delay shortly, but in the meantime these new dates can be considered as the new (tentative) release dates for each product.
