Survival Horror “Tormented Souls” To Launch Multi-Platform in 2021

PQube Games have today announced that they will act as publisher for the classic survival horror game “Tormented Souls” which is expected to launch in 2021 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.

As explained by PQube Games Tormented Souls sets out to draw inspiration fromclassic Survival Horror. From Resident Evil and Silent Hill, to Alone in the Dark – Tormented Souls is a modern take on the fixed-perspective adventure, offering an improved control scheme and a more dynamic camera, while retaining everything that made those games so beloved by fans.

While investigating the disappearance of twin girls at Winterlake – something terrible happens to Caroline Walker. Waking in the dead of night, naked in a bathtub – and hooked up to some decrepit medical equipment, Caroline must fight for her life as she explores the halls of an abandoned mansion turned hospital.

As expected of a game inspired by classic survival horror titles such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill players will be able to explore a wide variety of areas while attempting to solve puzzles in order to progress forward. An added aspect of challenge is presented through the visualisation of alternate realities and dark forcers at play. For those wishing to return to the nostalgic feeling of ‘survival horror’ then Tormented Souls looks set to offer that feeling.

Tormented Souls will launch in 2021 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. Additional release details, such as availability and pricing, will be confirmed at a later date.
