STUDIO TRIGGER and CD Projekt Red Announce CYBERPUNK: EDGERUNNERS Anime for 2022 Release on Netflix

CD Projekt Red and Netflix, in collaboration with animation studio TRIGGER, have announced that a cyberpunk 2077 themed anime series, known as CYBERPUNK: EDGERUNNERS, will be coming to Netflix in 2022.

Not much is currently known about the series, or its visual asthentic, but considering it is coming from TRIGGER, the studio responsible for PROMARE, KILL LA KILL and GURREN LAGANN, then you know it’s going to be interesting. Cyberpunk 2077 is the futuristic first-person-adventure title planned for release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC this November.
