STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town Announced for STEAM Release

XSEED Games have announced that STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town, a Nintendo Switch remake of the classic Game Boy Advance game Friends of Mineral Town, will also be coming to Windows PC (via STEAM) worldwide on the 14th July 2020.

This STEAM release of the cultivating farming lifestyle experience will feature support for Keyboard and mouse controls as well as 4K resolutions. This is in addition to feature already implemented in the Nintendo Switch version, such as English, French, German and Spanish text localisation as well as an updated romance system that allows same-sex romance from the start.

About: Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is a long-awaited return to one of the most beloved entries in the original farm / life simulation franchise, known in Japan as Bokujo Monogatari. Originally released for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance in 2003, Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is the first mainline title to be released in the series for the Nintendo Switch and Windows PC platforms and will launch with an abundance of new content. In this complete remake, veterans will be able to enjoy a return to a wonderful world with updated systems and character designs along with a completely new translation. Newcomers to the series will discover the compelling farming gameplay and complex characters that made this series the standard in the genre.

STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town will be available on STEAM worldwide from the 14th July 2020, meanwhile the original Nintendo Switch version of the game will be available within Europe and Australia from the 10th July 2020 and in North America on the 14th July 2020.
