Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans – Part 1 Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Dated for June

Following on from last month’s announcement of Anime Limited securing the UK Distribution and publishing rights to Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans the company have now announced that the first season (entitled Part 1 in this case) will be released next month on Blu-Ray.

Entitled Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans – Part 1, and scheduled for release on the 15th June 2020, this first part, which contains all twenty-five episoes of the first season, will be released on Blu-ray and presented in the traditional Gundam Limited format. This means that the discs will be presented in a standard amary case and come with a rigid art box that will hold both parts (or seasons if you prefer). An example of what this release will look like can be found in the beauty shot below.

It’s expected that the discs will be the same as those released in North America by FUNimation and as such feature small amount of bonus features as well as audio presented in both English and Japanese.

The Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans – Part 1 is available to pre-order through the Anime Limited website and will also be available from other retailers will stocks last. The set itself is expected to be released on the 15th June 2020 within the UK. It’s also worth noting that Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans is also available to Stream on Netflix in both English and Japanese.
