Black Clover, Fire Force and Wise Man’s Grandchild Releases Delayed into May 2020

Those looking forward to a variety of upcoming Manga Entertainment releases, namely Black Clover – Season 2 Part 1, Fire Force – Season 1 Part 1 and Wise Man’s Grandchild – The Complete Series, will be disappointed to learn that these titles have all had their release dates pushed back until May 2020.

The reason for this delay is, as expected, due to the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the disruption it is having on the production and distribution channels that Manga Entertainment UK use. Additionally with some retailers, such as Amazon, holding back on non-essential deliveries (Blu-ray and Games being included) it means that titles can not be released as effectively as before the pandemic hit the UK.

Naturally until the situation calms down we can expect other titles to be delayed; but the current expected release date for each title can be found below:

  • Black Clover – Season 2 Part 1 [Previously 6th April 2020, Now 4th May 2020]
  • Fire Force – Season 1 Part 1 [Previously 20th April 2020, Now 4th May 2020]
  • Wise Man’s Grandchild – The Complete Series [Previously 13th April 2020, Now 11th May 2020]

The new release dates will be updated on retailers shortly, if they haven’t already, and these are the current planned release dates for these particular titles; however considering the current situation in the world it is possible that these dates may change again in the near future.
