Megadimension Neptunia VII To Release Digitally on Nintendo Switch This Summer within Europe

Earlier in the year Idea Factory, rather surprisingly, stealth-launched a port of Megadimension Neptunia VII on to the Nintendo Switch digitally via the Nintendo eShop in Japan and now Western publisher Idea Factory International have announced that this Nintendo Switch port will also be localised and released digitally for the Nintendo Switch within Europe and North America later this year.

Megadimension Neptunia VII was the first Hyperdimension Neptunia title to be developed and released onto the PlayStation 4, and was then later expanded upon in its updated VR Compatible sequel Megadimension Neptunia VIIR, with the game(s) also being ported onto STEAM. Naturally with the Nintendo Switch’s growing popularity worldwide, and with Idea Factory porting a large number of its game – such as Mary Skelter 2 and Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force – to the Nintendo Switch they are now starting to expand with their mainline IP; Hyperdimension Neptunia.

Currently only Megadimension Neptunia VII, which is the stand-a-lone sequel and continuation to the events from the original Hyperdimension Trilogy, is planned for the Nintendo Switch; but it will be exciteing to see if any additional Neptunia titles make their way to the console in the near future. So far every Neptunia (and main IP Idea Factory) game released on consoles has been released in the west; with the exception of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 Plus on the PS4 which had some content changed from its original PS3 and PS Vita release. Either way details about Megadimension Neptunia VII can be found below:
