A Silent Voice, Black Butler, Fate/Stay Night, Garden of Words and more re-added to Netflix UK

It seems Netflix UK have been refreshing, or re-licensing, their anime content as a whole host of familiar titles have now been re-added to the streaming platform; with titles including A Silent Voice, Black Butler, Fate/Stay Night, Garden of Words and Sword Art Online.

  • A Silent Voice: A former class bully reaches out to the deaf girl he’d tormented in grade school. He feels unworthy of redemption but tries to make things right.
  • Black Butler: In Victorian London, 12-year-old business magnate Ciel Phantomhive thwarts dangers to the queen as he’s watched over by his demon butler, Sebastian.
  • Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry: The Fairy Tail Guild’s quest to retrieve the deadly and destructive Dragon Cry staff forces dragon slayer Natsu to undergo a dangerous transformation.
  • Fate/stay night: Inspired by his father, a schoolboy who was orphaned in a massive fire uses magic to bring justice to a world at war over a sacred chalice.
  • Garden of Swords: When a lonely teenager skips his morning classes to sit in a lovely garden, he meets a mysterious older woman who shares his feelings of alienation.
  • Sword Art Online: A video game whiz helps create a new technology that enables players to guide their online avatars with their own bodies — but a dark twist emerges.
  • Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale: Everyone is engrossed in a new “augmented reality” game known as Ordinal Scale. But Kirito and his friends uncover a dark secret endangering them all.
  • Tokyo Ghoul: Jack: High schoolers Kisho Arima and Taishi Fura meet while investigating a ghoul’s murder of Fura’s friend, then work together as members of the CCG.
  • Tokyo Ghoul: Pinto: Photographer Chie Hori first meets Shu Tsukiyama when they’re classmates in high school, and she’s not afraid when she learns his secret.

All of these titles were previously available to stream on Netflix UK before being removed a few weeks ago; but now the titles have been re-added for everyones viewing pleasure. Although the titles have been re-added they still offer the same audio and subtitle formats as before; so those eager to watch Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale or Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry in English will still have to watch the Blu-Rays releases by Anime Limited.
