Mary and the Witch’s Flower to be broadcast on Film4 this Week

Film4 have announced, through an updated TV advert, that STUDIO PONOC’s animated feature-length-film Mary and the Witch’s Flower will be broadcast, in English, on Saturday 7th March 2020 at 4:45pm.

Synopsis: Young Mary follows a mysterious cat into the nearby forest and discovers an old broomstick and the strange Fly-by-Night flower, a rare plant that blossoms once every seven years. Together, the flower and the broomstick whisk Mary above the clouds, and far away to Endor College — a school of magic run by headmistress Madam Mumblechook and the brilliant Doctor Dee. But there are terrible things happening at the school, and when Mary tells a lie, she must risk her life to try and set things right.

Mary and the Witch’s Flower is currently available in the UK on DVD, Blu-Ray and Limited Edition Stelebook Blu-ray via Altitude Films and will soon be shown on Film4; a channel which is available on Freeview 14, Sky 313, Virgin Media 428 and Freesat 300.
