Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy: Siege Trailer Arrives for Netflix Original Anime Series

In recent years the Transformers franchise has had its ups and downs, with more recent series aiming to a younger generations while feature-length-films catering towards both old fans of the franchise as well as potential newcomers. It seems Netflix are aware of this situation as in conjunction with Hasbro, and debutted at New York Toy Fair this past weekend, the streaming giant unvield the first trailer for Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy: Siege.

This brand new feature-length-trilogy-series will take place before the Autobots and Decepticons departed for Earth and will focus on the war on Cybertron; a story which has rarely been told other than in High Moon Studios videogame series.

Synopsis: In the midst of ongoing war on Cybertron, forces of good and evil clash as they search for the source of their power: the Allspark. This may not be the life they imagined, but it’s a life worth fighting for. Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy: Siege is coming soon, only on Netflix.

A streaming date for the series has yet to be mentioned but you can check out the trailer below.
