Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray Release Details Announced

It has been a ‘long road’ but news on the final piece of the Gundam Wing, or Mobile Suit Gundam Wing if you prefer, franchise has been revealed in the form of release details for Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz and in turn its Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray release of the collection.

As expected this Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray release of Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz will contain the feature-length-film and individual OVA episodes that make-up that film; all of which take place one year after the events of the main TV Series. The Film and OVA episodes, of which offer the same content but presented in a different way, will be on two separate Blu-Ray discs and presented in both English and Japanese audio.

In addition to this we then have the ‘Operation Meteor’ episodes which sees different characters from the series recap on past episodes from their view point. These episodes have never been released outside of Japan until recently; as such these will be presented in Japanese (with English subtitles) only.

As per usual, and as seen in the beauty shot above, this Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray release will see the discs housed within an amaray case that comes packaged in a rigid art box along with a 28-page booklet and art cards.

Furthermore, as illustrated below, this set will also contain a larger rigid art box that can be used to hold both Gundam Wing and Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Collector’s Editions inside for that ‘Ultimate Edition’ experience.

Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray is expected to be released on the 30th March 2020 with pre-orders starting on the 14th February 2020 at an early bird price of £29.99. Anime Limited have also mentioned that only 500 units of these edition would be produced.
