Weathering With You to Receive New Screening Locations and Extended Cinematic Run

Makoto Shinkai’s latest feature length film, Weathering With You, is proving to be a huge success at the UK Box Office as the film has not only beaten Your Name’s UK box office record but Anime Limited are now adding additional screening locations across the UK.
When Your Name was shown in cinemas all those years ago it managed to achieve over £21,000 but current UK box office figures show that Weathering With You has achieved £221,320 which is more than x10 the amount achieved by Your Name. A successful run indeed and it’s about to get bigger.
Starting from this week the current list of screening locations will add additional screening times while from the 30th January 2020 an additional 210 locations will show the film; including IMAX variations at key locations.
Weathering With You is currently available in Cinemas across the UK and a current list of locations, and screening times, can be found on the official website with additional locations planned from the 30th January 2020.
