Aksys Games Announces Code: Realize, Collar X Malice, and Piofiore Visual Novels for Nintendo Switch Release

It seems Aksys Games have been busy behind the scenes as the North American publisher have announced plans to release three different visual novel franchises, and six different games, onto the Nintendo Switch in the near future; with the first title being released next month.

The list of announced titles are:

  • Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ [6th February 2020]
  • Code: Realize ~Future Blessing~ [April 2020]
  • Collar X Malice [Summer 2020]
  • Collar X Malice -Unlimited- [Summer 2020]
  • Piofiore: Fated Memories [2020]
  • Piofiore: Enchante [2020]

It all starts on the 6th February 2020 with Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~, which was originally released onto the PlayStation 4, being released digitally onto the Nintendo Switch within Europe as well as digitally and physically in North America and continues in April with the release Code: Realize ~Future Blessing~. Collar X Malice and Collar X Malice -Unlimited- will be released during Summer 2020 with the brand new IP’s Piofiore: Fated Memories and Piofiore: Cafe Enchante being released towards the end of 2020.

Piofiore: Fated Memories follows the adventures of Lily, an orphan caught up in the struggle between Mafia organizations in Italy just after the First World War, while Piofiore: Enchante explores the story of when a young girl inherits her grandfather’s eatery only to discover that none of the patrons are human.

Further release details, pricing and availability for each title will be unveiled in due time; but we know that Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ will be available physically and digitally within North America as well as digitally within Europe. The Nintendo eShop page is also live in both regions.
