Heroland to Release 31st January 2020 on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 within Europe

Marvelous Europe Limited, otherwise known as Marvelous Games, have today announced that FuRyu’s turn-based RPG styled adventure game Heroland will be released on the 31st January 2020 for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 within Europe.

Directed by Takahiro Yamane (Fantasy Life), written by Nobuyuki Inoue (Legend of Mana), set in a colorful 2D world created by Nobuhiro Imagawa (MOTHER 3, Legend of Mana), and jam-packed with Tsukasa Masuko’s (Shin Megami Tensei) whimsical tunes, Heroland puts players in control of Lucky (or whatever you want to call him) as you experience his story of being recruited as a theme park tour guide in a world that helps create adventure and heroes. Filled with RPG elements and quirky comedy Heroland is sure to provide a delight to those looking for that different kind of RPG experience on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

In addition to the release date announcement Marvelous Europe Limited also confirmed that, while supplies last, the physical edition of Heroland will be released as the Knowble Edition and contain a whole host of physical content alongside the game.

  • 5” x 6” drawstring pouch
  • Musical Selections CD
  • 14” x 20” theme park-style folded map
  • Sumo wrestling paper craft

Heroland will be available digitally and physically for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 within Europe and Ausralia. Pre-purchases for the digital version of the game will also be made available on the 23rd January 2020 via the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo eShop.
