Publisher Chorus Worldwide and developers Alfa System, the team responsible for Castle of Shikigami, have today announced that the vertical scrolling shoot ’em up Sisters Royale will be released digitally onto the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 early next year.
Set for release on the 30th January 2020, with pre-orders starting on the 19th December 2019 on the Nintendo eShop and 30th December 2019 on the PlayStation Store, Sisters Royale is inspired by the anime aesthetic of 2001’s ‘Castle of Shikigami’ and features five sisters with unique magical powers that race to capture the heart of the angel known as Yashin. Just like in Castle of Shikigami players will shoot their way to victory and use power-ups obtained in each mission to power-up their attack styles.
Sisters Royale will be available digitally from the 30th January 2020 on the PlayStation 4, from the PlayStation Store, and Nintendo Switch, from the Nintendo eShop, within Europe.
