STEINS;GATE 0 for Nintendo Switch and STEINS;GATE: My Darling’s Embrace Released Digitally within Europe and North America

Spike Chunsoft are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the STEINS;GATE franchise in style by stealth launching STEINS;GATE 0, the alternate storyline and sequel to the events of STEINS;GATE and STEINS;GATE ELITE, onto the Nintendo Switch and STEINS;GATE: My Darling’s Embrace, which is a spin-off storyline featuring romance elements, onto the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and STEAM in digital format.

Both STEINS;GATE 0 and STEINS;GATE: My Darling’s Embrace are now available to purchase digitally on the respective digital storefronts in Europe and North America and, for a limited time, both games are available with a 10% launch discount. The PlayStation 4 version of STEINS;GATE: My Darling Embrace does require a valid PlayStation Plus Discount in order to receive the promotional discount.

Story:
After giving up on saving Kurisu, Okabe went back to his regular life, but was always in pain from the trauma he experienced in the different Worldlines and the flashbacks of Kurisu’s death.

Story:
Okabe Rintaro – AKA Okarin – is a college student that is still a chuuni. He calls himself “Mad Scientist Houiuin Kyouma” and spends his time with his “Lab Members” creating weird inventions in the “Future Gadget Laboratory,” AKA the Lab. They accidentally invent a device that allows you to send emails to the past. They named these time leaping emails “D-mail.”

One day, there’s a lot of commotion in the Lab. Seems like they are getting ready to celebrate the creation of a new gadget. However, when before there were six Lab Members, now there are eight? The D-mails must have changed the past… Plus, all the testing being done in the Lab has really run up the electricity bill, and they need a new source of income! So, a new gadget will have to be invented to make some money… What will happen to the life of the Lab Members? What is the will of “Steins;Gate?”
